TRP Surveys is open to any UK resident, over the age of 16.  It doesn’t matter how much television you watch or how much media you use, we want to hear from you.  If you work in market research or in the media industry you will not be eligible to take part.

Every survey has a specific research purpose and may not be relevant to everyone on the TRP Survey panel.  So, to avoid wasting your time, we will only contact you when we have a survey available which we think is relevant to you.  We will contact you as soon as we have a suitable survey; but we are unable to guarantee when this will be.

At TRP Surveys we include your personal credit amount in each survey email. We will automatically send your reward by email once you have collected 20 credits.

You can go back to any question and change an answer while you are still in the survey however, you cannot change answers once it has been submitted.

It’s no problem at all! We will continue to send you surveys which are relevant to you, but there’s no need to respond. If you prefer, you can contact us at info@trpsurveys.com and let us know you would like to take a break.

You can leave the panel at any time. Simply email us at info@trpsurveys.com with the subject  “Unsubscribe”.  You will always be welcome back!

We hope that signing up will take you less than 10 minutes.  Every question is designed to help us learn more about you and to tailor the surveys we send to you.

Many survey sites have a short sign up questionnaire but repeatedly ask the same questions in their surveys or send out surveys that aren’t relevant; respondents fill in full or partial surveys only to find they are then screened out.  We’ve tried to avoid this where possible; it means our sign up questionnaire will be longer than some others but we will only ask these questions once.
