Partner surveys prize draw August 2024

1. The Promoter is: TRP Research LTD (company no. 03825912) whose registered office is at Wellington House, Queen Street, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 3UF, United Kingdom.

2. Employees of TRP Research or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw or helping to set up the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.

4. The prize draw will run for the partner surveys in your Syno Panel account between Wednesday 14^th August and Tuesday 20^th August 2024. The prize draw will close at midnight on Tuesday 20th August 2024.  After the draw has closed no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.  The prize draw will take place on Wednesday 28th August 2024.

5. Winners will be notified by email within a few weeks of the draw taking place.  Details will also be published on the TRP Surveys website.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. The rules of the prize draw are as follows:

You must be a member of TRP Surveys.

You must have activated your Syno Panel account to take part in the prize draw.

Each partner survey you complete in your account, are disqualified from or where the quota has already been met will qualify as one entry to the prize draw.

The 10 winners of the prize draw will each receive a £15 Amazon voucher.  The prize draw is not in cooperation with Amazon, the prize is provided by TRP Surveys.

Entrants are limited to win one prize per draw only.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

9. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.

10. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

11. Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received using software and verified by TRP Research.

12. The winner will be notified by phone, email or letter within 28 days of the closing date. The Promoter will automatically add the prize of bonus credits to the winners’ accounts.

13. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. TRP Research cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the prize draw or as a result of accepting any prize.

15. If a member is to be found breaching TRP Surveys Terms and Conditions they will be removed from TRP Surveys and subsequently disqualified from the prize draw.
