Festive Prize Draw 2025

1. The Promoter is: TRP Research LTD (company no. 03825912) whose registered office is at Wellington House, Queen Street, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 3UF, United Kingdom.

2. Employees of TRP Research or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw or helping to set up the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.

4. The prize draws will run for selected surveys between 24th December 2025 and 6th January 2026 with the prize being announced in the email for each qualifying survey. After the draw has closed no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted. The prize draw will take place on 07/01/2026.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

6. The rules of the prize draw and the prize for each winner are as follows:

You must be a member of TRP Surveys.
You must complete the qualifying survey for each draw to be entered.
Each time you complete one of our qualifying surveys between 24th December 2025 and 6th January 2026 we will enter you into the draw to win the prize stated in the email. There will be a separate draw for each prize.
Entrants are limited to win one prize per draw only.

The prize for surveys sent on 24/12/2025 and 25/12/2025 is a £100 Ticketmaster e-gift card. The prize for surveys sent on 31/12/2025 and 01/01/2026 is a £100 Airbnb e-gift card.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.

9. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

10. Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received using software and verified by TRP Research.

11. The winner will be notified by phone, email or letter within 28 days of the closing date. The Promoter will automatically add the prize of bonus credits to the winners’ accounts.

12. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. TRP Research cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the prize draw or as a result of accepting any prize.

14. If a member is to be found breaching TRP Surveys Terms and Conditions they will be removed from TRP Surveys and subsequently disqualified from the prize draw.
