Treat or Treat! Halloween Prize Draw 2026

1. The Promoter is: TRP Research LTD (company no. 03825912) whose registered office is at Wellington House, Queen Street, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 3UF, United Kingdom.
2. Employees of TRP Research or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draws or helping to set up the prize draws shall not be permitted to enter the prize draws.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the prize draws.
4 The prize draws will close on Tuesday 3rd November 2026. After this date no further entries to the prize draws will be permitted. The prize draws will take place on Wednesday 11th November 2026.
5. TRP Surveys members will be notified of the prize draw winner(s) by email once the winner(s) has/have accepted the prize, usually within a few weeks of the draw taking place. Details will also be published on the TRP Surveys website and on the TRP Surveys social media pages
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the prize draws and the prizes for each winner are as follows:
a. You must be a member of TRP Surveys. You must complete at least one media or talent survey to enter.
b. The winners of the prize draw will win a £100/£50/£20/£10/£5 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. Amazon.co.uk gift cards are subject to Amazon’s own Gift Card Terms and Conditions.
c. Participants will earn entries into prize draws based on the number of media and/or talent surveys completed between 30 September 2026 and 3rd November 2026. Members who complete:
-1 or more media/talent surveys will be entered into the £5 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card draw
-2 or more media/talent surveys will be entered into the £10 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card draw
-4 or more media/talent surveys will be entered into the £20 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card draw
-8 or more media/ talent surveys will be entered into the £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card draw and
-all 10 media/ talent surveys will be entered into the £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card draw
There will be one winner selected for each prize tier. A participant may win more than one prize unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
d. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Amazon.co.uk in any way.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draws and these terms and conditions. Any changes to the prize draws will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with the prize draws.
10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received for the relevant prize tier using a random selection process administered and verified by TRP Research Ltd.
12. The winners will be notified by phone, email or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The Promoter will notify the winners when and where the prize can be collected.
14. If a participant is unable to redeem their prize (except where the prize is a voucher past its use-by date) from any third party connected with the prize draw, and we are unable to resolve this with the provider of the prize, we will organise a suitable replacement prize. This prize will have the same monetary value, but cannot be a cash prize. We will do this within 28 days of the issue first being raised.
15. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draws will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. TRP Research cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the prize draws or as a result of accepting any prize.
17. If a member is found to be breaching TRP Surveys Terms and Conditions they will be removed from TRP Surveys and subsequently disqualified from the prize draws.
